WP6 – Jobs, Value added & Social Impact

Work package leads: Energy Security, Education, Human Health and Safety, Working conditions (TU Delft) Employment (EPFL) 

The Jobs, Value added & Social Impact work-package ensures that EU Calculator is a valid tool to answer questions from decision makers on social impact, jobs and competitiveness. Accordingly, the work-package will assess the impact of different scenarios on employment across different sectors, on competitiveness (per Member State and economic sector) and on GDP. In addition, the social impacts with regard to energy- and food security (not simply self-sufficiency), health (e.g. through diet) as well as gender equality will be evaluated.
